Our Senior Leadership or a Senior Architect reviews your requirements, goals, and constraints. For EdTech projects, compliance requirements — FERPA, COPPA, WCAG — are surfaced in this session, not after the proposal. You leave with a clear sense of feasibility, timeline, and what a prototype would demonstrate.
Free Working Prototype & Detailed Proposal
We build a functional proof-of-concept demonstrating our core architecture approach and feature flow. Alongside it, we deliver a full written proposal: scope, resource plan, fixed price, and sprint-by-sprint timeline. You review both before signing anything. The prototype is yours to keep regardless of what happens next.
Agreement & Kickoff
Once the proposal and prototype are approved, we finalize the agreement and launch the project. Your engineering team is in your tools before the end of week one. IP transfer and data handling terms are confirmed in the agreement — everything Hireplicity builds is yours.
Fortnightly Sprint Demos
Every two weeks, you see working software — not a status report. A 30-minute demo of everything shipped in the sprint, open to your whole team. Issues are flagged in the demo, not discovered at delivery.
Continuous QA — AI-Assisted
Our QA engineers run manual and AI-generated test suites in parallel with development — not at the end. 80–85% automated test coverage on every sprint's output. For EdTech clients: FERPA data handling and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility checks run on every release candidate.
Final Delivery & Approval
